In order to achieve your rehabilitation goals, we use a variety of Procedures (therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, joint mobilization, soft tissue massage and therapeutic massage), Modalities (heat and cold applications, ultra-sound, cold laser treatment, electrical stimulation, T.E.N.S., traction), and home exercise programs.

Our Procedures

Our practice delivers quality care for a wide array of problems such as: post operative rehabilitation of the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and foot; post traumatic care as a result of sports related injuries, personal and work related injuries (especially lower back and disc related problems); and the management and relief of pain as a result of arthritis, TMJ dysfunction, and back and neck sprains / strains.

Our Modalities

Our goals of pain relief and rehabilitation are achieved via multiple modalities, including but not limited to: electrotherapy, T.E.N.S., paraffin heat therapy, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercises in our private gyms (that consist of strengthening exercises, stretching, conditioning and weight bearing activities), and personalized home exercise programs.
